    I got the Irish Independant junior cert exam brief and this is what they said would come up:

    Biology: Food tests and digestive system
    Heart
    The cell
    Photosynthesis experiments
    Transpiration in plants

    Chemistry: Renewable Energy
    Fossil Fuels
    Metals and their reactivity
    o2 and co2
    Neutralisation
    Experiment for rusting

    Physics: Heat transfer: solid, liquid and gas
    Pressure
    Hookes law
    Sound and light
    Renewable energy
    Electronics LEDs and LDRs
    Density and Flotaion experiment

    You'll be fine, trust me. If you've studied like hell then most of it should still be remembered it's just a matter of spending an hour or so going back over all the chapters. And our teacher gave us the best advice. Keep going over and over the exam Qs from previous years. Like she said, they're not going to think of new questions to try and trick us, they're gonna ask the same questions they already asked.

    i like science so i dont mind this exam...except physics :/ got 85% in the mocks so it should be ok

    if that all comes up i'm grand.that is all the science stuff i've looked at over the past 2 weeks

    same only scrapped pass wiv a d.mine was marked wrong.even my sc teacher said so.answers that were right were marked wrong.wouldnt have affected my grade though

    Me too! :D Are doing any science subjects for the LC? I'm doing Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

    I always mess up in my science tests i wud look over the paper bout 5 times nd b sure of every answer but id still get loads of short questions wrong:confused:

    Don't forget- in the tables we get the formulas for lots of the physics things so don't be too worried about them:D
