I'd have to go for Jason, The Crow just doesn't inspire dread like Jason does. Plus he's got a 3 foot long machete, and he's built like a shít brickhouse. And he keeps coming back. He's even been in space!

Jason, hands down. He's pretty much unkillable. Well, he's been 'killed' multiple times, but that rarely stops him. He's a no nonsense super killer. No dancing, no smart ass remarks, lots of head chopping.

Mostly terrible films, but whatever :P

Would Jason be smart enough to realise that he has to kill the crow before he can kill Eric? Plus, I don't think it's a case of a battle to the death, all Eric has to do is leave Jason incapacitated and walk away while allowing the innocents that Jason is stalking to escape. So yeah, I think Eric's intelligence and athletic ability will win out over Jason's brawn. The Crow wins for me.

I guess a lot depends on which incarnation of each character you think is canon.

Jason has stayed pretty consistent in terms of powers/abilities from about the second film onwards.


The Crow has had five different people play Eric Draven between the film versions and the tv series, plus you have the comic version of Eric Draven, and the near dozen or so other characters who became the Crow persona other than Draven. So there is a fair bit of variation in powers and in personalities.


If the Eric Draven Character is the one taken as the Crow for this fight, then he has one of massive weakness other than someone killing his crow guide.

If he defeats an enemy and believes him to be dead, his mission completed, then he becomes vunerable. So say he beats Jason in a fight and thinks Jason is dead. Eric goes to stroll off, Jason does his Undertaker/Kane sit up thing, and chops Draven into firewood.

Jason for the chippity choppity win.

Yup the real Godzilla would have a considerable size advantage on King Kong. Kong has to climb to the top of skyscrapers, Zilla is BIGGER than the damn skyscrapers. Plus I think Zilla would be more ruthless so Godzilla FTW.
