    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me, I'm currently stuck in hospital and will be for a few weeks and I'm trying to get a handheld tv to watch the world cup but it's proving harder then I thought. Maplins do have them but at €160 is a bit out of my price range, would anyone know anywhere online or a bricks and mortor shop where I can get one, quick delivery is preferable.

    Thanks for any help given

    Gary

If you have a laptop, a USB DTT tuner is about €50. But DTT is only in a few locations.

Even with a TV, a signal may be an issue.

    See http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=56

(May be a better place to ask about a small TV)

If you have a laptop then you can view the games on RTEs site.

Thanks for all your feedback guys, unfortunatley the hospital doesn't have wifi and I don't have a dingle so that's online ruled out
