Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

My tv has started flickering incessantly when I turn it on, to the extent that green and mostly purple colours come up and its impossible to see anything (dont even notice if you change the station)
Other times its fine but this happens after a certain amount of time and a reset does the trick.
Today its been acting up all morning,

some googling suggests its due to loose ribbon cables, is this something I could check out myself (with no previous experience) or would someone on here be willing to take a look at it for me? (for money obv)

Its a 42 inch sense tv that I ordered off ebuyer so pretty sure it would be impossibel to get them to fix it. (plus it wouldnt be worth taking two days off work 1 for collectin the other to take it back)
