It is possible and if you have the tiniest concern that there's something wrong with your heart don't rely on the Internet for advice, phone a doctor or go to the hospital or get an ambulance.

The absolute best result would be that you away from seeing a doctor feeling a little silly because it was a false alarm. Finding out that you're ok will be the money you've ever spent and won't be something you'll regret. If you need medical care you'll also be much happier to get it earlier rather than later.
Seeing a doctor is the best course of action in either scenario.

as chilly said if your worried go to your doc but in general there are the usual elements, smoking, obesity, high colesterol and high blood pressure etc. there are also some zebras too including genetic diseases eg familial cholesterimia and heart defects etc, but again please if your at all concerned go to your GP and get a heart check-up

yes, you can have a heart attack in your 30's, although the chances are small.

the symptoms can vary, but usually some of these will be involved: crushing chest pain, maybe pain in your arm, stomach or jaw, shortness of breath, nausea, pale clammy skin, etc
check out the irish heart foundation web site.

regardless of the symptoms, if you are concerned, then seek medical help,

if there is nothing wrong you will soon be nice and relaxed.
if there is something wrong, then treatment can be started, reducing the chances of long term damage or death.

infact if anyone is concerned: seek help early
