5 of last 6 meetings between the sides has ended in a draw.
In 2006 Netherlands only managed 3 goals in the group stage.
Denmark have only failed to score once in 13 world cup matches.

Afalley (if in starting line-up) man of the match at 28/1. Prob back Netherlands in the second half if it's tight.

Denmark will be missing Bendtner and their best defender possibly, Kjaer.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Denmark haven't a hope of getting anything here. It'll be like the German game today, Holland will dominate it and score 3 or 4. RVP will be the main man a bag a brace, Denmark will then go on to beat the other two in the group and also qualify with the Dutch and I'll be a happy man.

Looking forward to this game... shame im working:( But I reckon Holland will have a great tournament and they normally start big tournaments (ie Euro 2008) in flying form. But Denmark have a decent defence in Kjaer and Dagger so they mite struggle... but I still see a comfortable 2-0/3-0 for the Dutch... is Robben gonna be fit though?

This will be 2-0 Holland, Denmark are poor. Expect Ooijer to score from a set piece!

RVP is surely a good bet to score. Will be the freshest player on the pitch and the focal point of an attack being supplied by van der vaart, snjeider etc.

Robben is supposed to be fit but they wont risk playing him.
Dont expect to see more than a cameo of him in the first round.

Van Persie to score at least one and Holland winning by 2 goals.

i was thinking denmark could get something out of this game but Bendtner is out for them and thats a big miss for them(their back ups are pretty bad imo) but they do have a great defence but they surely cant keep the dutch out for 90mins
