Natal the xbox 720 ?

Guys who here thinks that natal is the next xbox because why else will micosoft make a big deal out of it by putting it on MTV just like the xbox360
I'll bet that it's going to have a 250gb HD and natal as the xbox 720
also with the new wave thing for there boxs might be the 720 boxs
because there's only 3 games for the xbox this year

gears 3
after that zero games
this is there best time for a new xbox because the xbox is now 5 years old

they might introduce a new slim version of the 360 along with natal which is possible if you believe the pics that were leaked awhile ago. at least we won't have long to wait to find out.

So what if its 5 years old. The PS2 was 7 before the PS3 came out, Xbox was replaced so quick because it was late of that generation.

MS and Sony have both said this generation will last longer than the last.
The rate of hardware improvements has slowed down, Moore's law is starting to show cracks.

I reckon both Sony and MS will wait for 3D to become mainstream before they even hint at the next consoles.

Maybe E3 2012 will there be word of the next generation.

All of those games are going to be on the ps3 to to that Tom clancys game but at e3 mass e 2 and 3 for the ps3
get your facts right the ps3 came out in Xmas 06 in the USA so 6 years with the ps2
so is hardware going down why is that I cab put a 640 gb HD it my ps3
also the xbox only has it's 6.9gb of disk space while the ps3 has 50gb and with a update 100gb so xbox needs blu Ray
and with xbox HD costing 2 times as much as a ps3 HD
xbox are over priced now for with it is but don't get me wrong I used to love my xbox before I got a ps3
but 40 euros a year for live no wifi no blu Ray
and the super with it's 250gb HD is 300 euros with a game
I can get a ps3 with god of war 3 and heavy rain for that
ps3 has over 20 1st party games this year

So to me xbox is dieing I slow date because look at the sale ps3 made up 6m units this year and only 2m behind
and when gt5 comes out at Xmas the xbox is dead as a dodo

PS3 fanboy much.:rolleyes: makes no difference to me as I own all the major consoles released since the mid 1990's.

Work on Modern Warfare 3 is under way. So what if the team left to form up Respawn. Activision just handed the project over to another team. They have 3 teams all working on CoD games atm. Get your own facts straight buddy.

Hard drive capacity is trivial and not the be and end all. 40Gb is more than enough on any console for the time being.

I'm talking about true specs, CPUs, GPUs, PPUs, GDDR5 RAM etc. Not hard drives that can be upgrade in 2mins.

While Microsoft have said they're 'treating' Natal the same way they'd treat a new console launch, it's not a successor. It'll add 2 years onto the consoles lifespan,certainly, but it's in no way the next xbox. There's plenty of games coming to the xbox and those three you listed were announced LAST YEAR. You do know there's going to be more announcements this year?

MW3 will happen because Activision are not gonna let a 15+ Mil selling franchise just die because the original developer left.

Consider that the Xbox was released about 2 years before the PS3, when wifi wasn't as abbundent as it is now, not to mention, the experiments with Blue Lasers were still only experiments back then, not being developed into consoles.
