Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Internet activity thanks to Live (and Finally Free! for US patrons anyway) Streaming of the World Cup; has reached a new peak of 12.1 million visitors per minute. The previous record, held by the Obama Acceptance speech in Chicago, November 2008, was a mere 8.5 million visitors per minute. The average? 5.7 Million vpm overall.

People really adore their footie. And their devices.

Presumably, thats at least a 4-6 million jump in activity that can almost solely be explained as Cup fever.
