    if you get a gym open at 06:30 you are doing well. a 24 gym would suit those working irregular hours.

    When i was looking for a gym about two years ago I couldn't even find one open after nine o'oclock. Didn't suit me one bit, I like going to the gym at eleven, I don't know if that's changed much but I'd be surprised.

    Yes, on a day when it's pissing rain, being able to exercise at a time that YOU choose too is great.
