    Looking for somewhere okay to go..
    Student age group, so relatively cheap drink..

    I've looked absolutely everywhere and can't find anything recent about it.
    Anyone know of any place?:confused:
    Nothing too clubby (which seems to be the only place to sell cheap stuff really)

    Original plan was Woolshed on Thursday, but that flew out the window. :rolleyes:

    Quinn's in Drumcondra is a very student orientated bar. Friday nights tend to be relatively busy too. Free in and some decent drinks promos. Late bar too.

    The vaults in IFSC does 2 for 1 drinks until about 10.30 so you would get 2 pints for about €5. Nice quiet place usually

    Sidetracked/Trainwreck is on at Crawdaddy on Friday. Sidetracked is free in from 8 until 11 and plays kinda dance music, not too loud or invasive, then after 11 it's Trainwreck, - live band/indie dj in one room and live dj sets in the other. After 11 it's around 8 euro in, so get in before! There's dirt cheap drinks as well, I think it's pints for 3 and Smirnoff Ice for 2.

    The Sub under Tara St Dart station is about E3.60 for pints on A friday night, usually a good mix of people there, lots of girls staying in the youth hostels on Gardiner St seem to go there, not so many Irish students as such

    Redmonds in Ranelagh usually has some cheap offers. There's a DJ upstairs, but it's alright downstairs.
