    So you can't fix your own wifi? It's not their responsibility, grow up, stop badmouthing them on boards and find a friend to fix it.

    Also, have you tried turning it of and on again? (no, seriously).

    in fairness, you pay for tech support, they offer it, they should provide it too.

    In fairness your right but when you buy a book the author and publisher are not responsible for teaching you how to read, and in UPC/NTL's defence they are the only ISP not to roll over and take it up the ar53 from the music industry SS at least they are trying to tell vested interest that the internet is not their's to control. Also ever try and provide user support when it comes to the general public?
