So Hazama is actually 2nd best? Wow, I can't believe my favourite character in a game is actually top tier. I'm sure by the time I learn the buttons/beat all of Bristol, he'll be nerfed and his basic BnBs won't work anymore.

Hazama is at a disadvantage against Carl? Is that even allowed?

It might be in his favour but I wouldn't say it's 6 to 4. None of Hazama's chains are considered projectiles so he has to be careful about throwing them once you've built some meter. It's really just who gets the momentum going.

I had always heard it as "Upper mid" or "Low end of Top", not "2nd best" or "best character in the game that isn't DLC".

Haz has always been rather high. But lately big toruneys result have been strange, and don't really follow the tiers. look at sbo were probably the best bb players go too.

we has a tusbaki/2 noel/mak/bang/valk/lambda/litchi for the top 8
I'm more surprise no jin or haz made it to top 8 and a bang did. then again Dora is godlike.

so overall tiers don't mean as much in BB, its rather balance considered the worst matchup is a 3.5/7.5 and the rest are 4.5/5.5

I taught a friend of mine how to play Blazblue last night as Ragna, and then after a couple of Ragna mirrors, we went on to have like 40 Ragna vs Hazama matches.

I actually really enjoyed it. I think it might have been the first time I won a round of Blazblue against another human.

I definitely like Blazblue a lot more than Marvel, but I'm pretty terrible.

What is Noel's combo off sweep again, not on Xbox now

Is it, 3C, 2B, 2B, 2C, dash 6C(1) optic barrel, 6C(1) j.D into a drive combo?

EDIT: Never mind, went on dustloop, tried some combos, got them drilled in

Though I really should learn Jin, just because he has a combo with 3 DPs.. it would only make sense. And by having a combo with 3 of them, I mean a damaging one, because I can land at least three if I want with Ragna, but for no damage. :P

everyone looks pretty good.
tager has new combos and new gatling/he could be mid or still low
lamda has swords the speed of nu
mak has much lower dmg and noel can't combo as well from D anymore.
ragna and bang seems >___> really good

I can't tell who will be godlike just yet from the vids though.

Nice to see Bang and Ragna get some buffs. They were really strong in CS but I always felt they didn't need all the nerfs they got in CS2.

Haven't found any Hakumen videos yet.

Arakune's 5C actually has some invincibility and is not a bad anti-air, actually found it to be pretty useful when I played him for like one day. Tager on the other hand...crap...2C is utter crap.
