Free minutes, How do they deduct them (Meteor)

If i sign up to a contract that gives 200 free minutes how are these minutes deducted? Are they deducted on a minute basis or a second basis. e.g If i make a call for 30secs is that one minute gone or half a minute gone or if i make a call for 1min and 10secs is that 2mins gone or 70secs?

I think most are shown per minute but are actually billed per second
