Icing/Piping Bags

I'm looking to get a good icing bag and nozzles I'm looking on here http://www.kitchencomplements.ie/kc/Main/Category.asp?iCategoryID=33 but I'm not sure what to choose? I just want to make sure it does the job well and wont burst at the seams (like my last bag :o)! (icing cupcakes, cakes etc.)
