    Hi,

    I've realised recently that I've spent the past few years in denial of certain situations which have ultimately led me to a life today burdenned with anxiety and depression. I've decided to face up to these feelings as I can't tolerate living life at half mast anymore, it's too short and for all I know the only one I'll get.

    Has anybody any experience of psychotherapy/CBT in the Dublin region which is available at a reasonable rate? My main concern with the above is my ability to afford it, money is tight these days as I'm sure all you guys are aware of also

    <mod snip>

    Thanks for any info or advice people may have!!
