Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

HISS light not blinking.

    Hi all I've just bought a CBR600F4i and the HISS light on the dash does not blink red when I turn the ignition off. A friend has the same bike and his light flashes. I know the led can be turned off so I'm just wondering if anyone here knows how to turn it on again. I've tried using the method for doing it on the CBR600RR but it didn't work.
    Can anyone help???

    What's the prcedure for the RR? I was messing with the hiss a new model Deauville last night and it was....Set the trip to ODO--->turn red twitch to on----turn on ignition and hold down SEL until the hiss light started flashing or came on.

    On my bike (CBR 1000 RR-7) I think I have to hold down the Select button and then turn on the ignition until the HISS light blinks. Something like that anyway... Wait I'll go check

    No, I was wrong. Holding down the Select (SEL) button and then switching on the ignition lets me set the Rev. Limiter Light.

    You have to turn the ignition on and then press the Select button until the HISS light blinks and voila!
