Recommend a builder

I'm living in a semi detatched 2-storey and thinking about extending onto the side of the house. Can anyone recommend a builder they've used. Extension would be a living room, toilet and utility room downstairs, 2 bedrooms and an en-suite upstairs. Anyone do similar recently that can give me an idea of cost.

You need drawings before you approach a builder! If the extension is to the side of the house you also need planning permission.
