Did we ever find out if ironmanwannabe was pulling legs or did they hit their target?

Whats your estimate for your IM Austria time?
    Mine is

    Swim: 1:10 (1:50 per 100m)
    T1: 0:05
    Bike: 5:25
    T2: 0:05
    Run: 3:25

Finish time: 10:10, would love to find that extra ten minutes to shave off but not realistic.

    Swim 1:06:05
    T1 0:04:29
    Bike 4:59:01
    T2: 0:04:03
    Run 3:37:37
    Overall 9:51:17

Didn't drink on the run and was high 30s so got dehydrated and hence the less than stellar "run".

Overall very happy, hit times, had a good day.

Yes training was/is inconsistent but one can't get hung up on this sort of thing or it leads to all sorts of nasties - lack of balance in life and lack of enjoyment of the sport to name but a few.

that statement coming out of your mouth, is one of the biggest lies i have ever read on the internet;-) ;-)

    well done Sir
