    does anyone know if the welfare subsidize for fetac sign language course??

    I think you might want to post this on the welfare board. But as far as I know, fás'll sponsor courses that aren't there so long as they're relevant and they think you'll actually use them.

    FETAC courses are covered by the "back to education" scheme, however this only applies if the person has no previous qualifications (like a previous degree etc) and it also only applies to people receiving social welfare payments at the moment.

    But again there are certain circumstances that would not qualify, it depends on the type of payment you're getting and how long you have been getting it. Terms and conditions are on www.welfare.ie
