Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Best to phone them during office hours TBH.

If it's ok to tell me what the problem is about can steer you towards the right person.

I'm guessing that he was phoning during office hours. And i'm not in the slightest bit surprised there was no answer.

I send emails and always get a reply.

Its Cycling Ireland, not 999, I mean, how urgent can it be?

Was it to do with an MTB license? If so they will get back to you as soon a humanly possible - so sometime in the next 6 months (if you are lucky)
