    Im a 27yo prof' female with a very friendly dog. I live in Ladysbridge and am looking for a housemate to move in!

    Double room, 5 mins from the beaches, 20/25 mins to the city, parking, sky, internet, garden, lovely quiet estate, pub around the corner.

    Rent is 325 a month and all bills would be split. Looking for someone to move in mid july.

    I'm easy going and love to cook so you'll not go hungry! I am house proud and keep the place clean and tidy! My dog is very friendly, she stays outside when im at work but sleeps inside during the night (she is NOT allowed on the sofas etc).

    I work fulltime and like to relax at the end of the week with wine and a movie in front of the open fire! I'm not one for banging house parties but do like to have a few buddies over for dinner and drinks in the garden...bbq's etc :)
