    Hi,

Probably a million threads on this but I could not find them in the search function. I am looking to rent an apartment in Dublin city centre. It will be my first apartment so I don't really know anything about rent agreement, What prices are fair etc.

    Any tips would be great!

dublin city centre is quite a big area in relation to renting so it depends on where north or south of the liffey you want to rent it makes a difference in price also do you want a studio, flat, apartment or house? are you sharing do you want to share??

most rental agreements are standard year long ones, with standard clauses,

you give a months rent as a deposit and a months rent in advance bills and such are outside this
