    Hi,

Just wonderning if anyone could help me out. Looking to join a camogie/footaball team in the Douglas/Carrigaline area, altho would def consider other areas too!! nothing too serious, just a way of getting fit and meeting new people, love the team mentality and would love to join one as soon as i cud!

Have played camogie before (well years ago now!) but never football, but wouldn't mind getting into either!

So if anyone has any info/suggestions, i'd really appreciate it!

    Thanks a mil :)

You say you played 'years ago'. That makes you sound very old. (I'm sure you're not).

Why not try Douglas? Or Nemo? There's a pretty good set up for ladies in Bishopstown too.

Douglas and Carrigaline are both dual clubs, not sure about Nemo (football)

All the contacts for the football are on the Munster Ladies Football site http://www.munsterladiesgaelic.ie/cork_club.html

Probably better to join a dual club rather than playing football with one team and camogie with another. Championship in the football is starting soon, and you will have to be registered before you play. There is a contact for the Carrigaline camogie club on their site http://www.carrigalinecamogie.com/?page_id=8
