Perhaps they've finally decided to start solving this problem in-house as so many of us have gone to Small Claims to get our refunds.

Did you have to go to the Small Claims Garth?

I issued them with a solicitors letter, perhaps that's why it didn't go that far.

Who paid for the solicitors letter? That seems like an excessive cost!

They replaced my M1710 gpu recently after refusing to do it 12 months ago after it broke down. No idea why they had a change of heart. I followed it up just for fun and a manager just decided to waive the €514 replacement cost. Didn't cost me a penny, thought the machine had been broken for a year.

The laptop is over 4 years old.
