[Help Urgent] I got a job, how do I sign off??? (Casuals)

    Hi I'm on the casual jobseekers/ X's & O's/ yellow slips/ 3 day reduced working week thing. (never can remember what its officially called).:o

    Yesterday I went for an interview and today they rang and told me that I got the job. They (the new job) want me to come in tomorrow morning for an induction day and to get all my bank details etc. then I start work full time on Monday.

    The Casuals office is only open mon-wed 9:30-12:00. I wont have time to call in as ill be working full time from now on.



    Qs.

    • Should I send in this weeks slip?
    • If yes can I just included a letter stating that I will be working full time from Monday?
    • Do I have to call into them (casuals)?
    • Is there anyone else in the dole office I could speak to?

    EDIT: Just to add that their website seems to be down at the moment and I really don't know what to do. I'm worried that when my new employer registers my PPS no. tomorrow bells are going to ring and I'll be done for fraud.

    Email them with your PPS number to sign off then there will be no hassles
