Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Higuain is immense & his scoring record is unbelievable , he reminds me of Van Nistelrooy in his prime - a real poacher.

    Whether he is better than Rooney remains to be seen as they are two different types of striker .

    However i do think Higuain is a better goalscorer with Rooney being a better all round striker .

    Higuain generally does f*ck all apart from score from what I've seen.

    it's similar to the VN v Henry argument people used to have.

    Rooney is the far better all-round player IMO, but you can't teach that poacher's instinct that Higuain seems to have.

    If you actually watch Higuain regularly he's not a poacher. He usually needs quite a few chances before he scores. With Real Madrid and Argentina, he usually gets the few. Diego Milito would be far more clinical, more of the "poacher" type.
