Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Did you really ask this question?

France, Australia, Ghana, Cameroon, Italy, Brazil, Ivory Coast, Spain & Switzerland all have evening and night time kick off's, why did you single out the English?

Their last group game is at 4PM.
France had their matches shuffled around to give them two evening kick-offs as well as Spain but Germany only have one, as have Italy.

There's not really a convincingly pattern of big-country favouritism that I can see.

All mostly to do with TV ratings and money tbh, most people working will only see the late game live and so it makes sense to put the biggest one on at that time.

What do mad dogs, the English and evening kick-offs have to do with each other?

Well, instead of disingenuously asking a question you knew the answer to why didn't you just point this out in the first place and then give your opinion on it?

I'd rather play in 23 degree heat than -2, tbh.

Not all their group games are at 7:30, next week they play at 3

Strange as many commentators mentioned that the evening kick offs were perfect as in world cups gone by it has been too hot !!

    You can't win.

    Literally.
