Hi all,
Just wondering if there is anyone doing a PhD who has children?

I am doing a PhD and have a 2.5 year old and a 7 month old. Just back into my research after maternity leave. Finding it tough to focus without a proper night's sleep. Also find there is never enough hours in the week cos I work two days a week. Always mean to do a few hours after they are put to bed but havent quite got there yet:rolleyes:

Any tips from other parents out there on how to get a routine going and get disciplined and any general pointers on how to keep your sanity?!:P Or just need a rant...
