Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If it's a Zen Vision M or Zen Vision W you have, then you need the CreativeSoftware to convert and/or add video files to your player. You should have received this software when you bought the player.

No it's one of the crappy newer ones that the OP has, the ones with massive video restrictions....like .avi (xvid/divx) restricted to 320x240px

Not sure on the type atm but I got it in Mar 2009. The software that was installed was Creative Centrale but there are no options for converting under the video column. From a look around I think I have to put the file I want into it & then convert it.

Yea I have talked to some other people & I am told that the resolution is properly the main problem. Converting is easy but I havent tried to change the resolution yet.

Used to have this problem too.
Use Iriverter. Select the option for Vision M, uses the same resolution, codecs etc.
