No planet 3 on Blackberry

I got the Blackberry Bold 9700 yesterday but there is no application to connect to planet 3. Tech support were of little help as they too didnt know what to do. Has anybody else had this problem with the blackberry or any other 3 phone and if so, how did you sort it out?
