Title says it all , I lost my VISA electron card last week, cancelled it and
    got the new one today.

the new number i think is the same as the old one,

    xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx

The bold is DEFINETELY the same, not sure about the 2nd group of 4 digits.

The girl at the bank said it's impossible that its the same number ...
Exp date is the same , not sure about security code ...

If the new card came from the same bank, they the first six digits would be the same anyway, since this is the Bank Identification number.

Indeed, new/replacement cards often are only different in the last 2/3 digits :)
