    Hi there,
I am doing up a v simple website for a pal. I want to put something like the attached.
I had a look at Dreamweaver Sprys but theyre not flexible enough.

Any thoughts? I am a total beginner.

Check out jQuery, or else just make each 'tab' a seperate page.
