i'm trying to book my driving test but the rsa website won't load up, anyone else having this problem. Also has anyone got a date for their test fairly quickly by asking for a cancellation

The website is back online however when I try to book my test it says I already have an open application for this category. I failed my test yesterday do I have to wait a certain amount of time before reapplying
