Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anybody out shooting last night? Beautiful night for long exposures.

Hugh, I really loving the floaty feel of it - cracking shot so!

I like it, if the boat wasn;t blurry, i would LOVE it :)

    Nice picture

    Thanks sNarah :)

@Tallon the boat on the right? Yeah pain in the neck, it wouldn't sit still - an 8 second exposure even in the calmest water still has a bit of movement

very nice shot all the same. If the boat had been side-on and moving, the blurring might have worked much better. It would be a cracker if it was dead still. Did you try shorter exposures?

yeah I did, and I could probably have cheated it into this picture, but that'd be cheating and my name isn't Thierry :)

Or try make the boat more translucent - not sure how though - and call it Ghost ship or something :D
