Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I hate to say it but the French have been far better with Henry on the pitch. They don't look like a team with 10 men

RTE commentator said France are playing for pride. What pride. in fairness like its a bit late now!

Bollocks... Was hoping SA would rally again, get a few more, win 4-0 and go thru. or was 5-0 the required???

if it was possible, Domenech now looks even more of a tool than he did previously, what with Henry being the catalyst for a late resurgence.

    unreal.

France need a matchwinner, and he's a proven one.

If anyone can drag them out of this mess single handedly (boom boom) it's him.

Because they're great. Zidane is my favourite player of all time. They're European. Thierry plays for them. Evra plays for them.

    Why wouldn't I?

A litle flurry and a goal is all France have managed to show for the WC.

Worst part is if they put effort in for the last 10 mins they could actually win this.

I think its fair to say the Bafana have run out of steam. Could have gone on and made up that goal difference.

I wouldn't say his last ever, I believe Darlington are looking for a new manager.

I too want France to win as I have them in my ht-ft Lucky 15.

Hopefully not, but if it is I hope he scores. It'd be a fitting end to a great career.
