What days and times does the thai boxing do there classes near the peoples parkand the same for the running club?

The running club is Monday and Wednesday at 7.30 for beginners.

I'm not sure if the martial arts place by the people's park does muay thai but they do regular kickboxing on Monday and Wednesday at 6.15 http://www.waterfordmartialarts.com/wat-schedule.php

Let us know how ya get on with them both as I've been looking into both myself but am too timid to try either just yet

Mon 5.15 and 6.30pm
Tues: 7.30pm
Wed: 5.15 and 6.30pm
Thurs: 7.30pm
Fri: 8pm
Sat: 11am
