Desktop changed to Vista Basic from Vista Home Premium.

    I uninstalled a game from my system (flight simulator x demo) but my desktop changed from Vista Home Premium to Vista Basic. Previously, when I opened the game mentioned above the desktop changed to Vista basic but changed back to normal when I closed it. Now however, after uninstalling the game I am not able to changed the desktop back to its original Vista Home premium theme. I tried going to control panel >> Appearance & Personalization >> Personalization >> Windows Color & Appearance but when I click the option "Window Aero", it still remains as Vista basic.

    How do I change back to the Visa Home Premium desktop
