Memory recommendation

Just about to place an order on scan and looking for the right memory for my set up which is:

850W Enermax Revolution85+ PSU, 91% Efficiency, 6x PCI-E 6+2P, 12xSATA, 6x12V 70A, PeakPower 1020W

Asus P6X58D Premium, X58, SATA 6Gbps, RAID, USB3, GbE Lan, 3 way SLi/Xfire, DDR3, 8Ch Audio

Intel Xeon E5620, S 1366, Westmere Quad Core, 2.40GHz, 5.86GT/s QPI, 12MB Cache, 80W, Retail

Ati 5870 graphics

anyone could recommend good memory ?

was thinking of those ones:

6GB (3x2GB) Corsair XMS3 Classic, DDR3 PC3-16000(2000), Non-ECC, CAS 9-9-9-24, 1.65V

6GB (3x2GB) Corsair XMS3 Classic, DDR3 PC3-12800 (1600) Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 7-7-7-20, 1.65V

if ya can afford 1600(2000) go for it but i,d stay away from corsair memory in my option they dont make great ram and im using it now but have blown two sets of it but iv rma,d them good old lifetime warranty lol i like ocz or g-skill http://www.memoryc.com/computermemory/ddr3ram.html?Capacity=6GB&Standard=PC3+16000is great 4 ram

I got the same board and graphics card and this ram seems to complement them really well http://www.memoryc.com/products/description/6GB_OCZ_DDR3_PC3_12800_Platinum_Series_Low_Voltage_Triple_Channel_memory_kit-7_7_7_/index.html. In this board was able to higher the clock speed with the same low timing also
If was going for pc16000 ram would go for some with decent timing and a cooler for them.
