Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

no I'm not messing....I just tried it in a word doc and its grand....but it doesn't want to work on some web sites, weird.

This only happens on spare keyboard which I use instead of laptop keyboard....just checked on laptop keyboard and quite a few of the letter keys are typing as numbers.

But its still being read as a capital i? As Random said, its a difference in the font used by different websites. Is the tracking number not working in an Post?

Well then there's something wrong with the website, it has nothing got to do with the font. If it was reading in an incorrect letter it would tell you that it doesn't recognise the number. Make sure you hit the enter key after putting in the number

I'm always messing up my typing on laptop by accidentally turning on Num Lock :P

Try writing the number correctly in Word/Notepad and copy/paste over.
