Cheapest mobile provider?

    Hi there,

    Can anyone tell me what provider gives the cheapest rates. Looking at websites of Voda, O2 & Meteor is as clear as very thick muddy mud! So much for transparency. Am working for a small not-for-profit with about 25 handsets, 3 using data. Currently with Voda but have a feeling there are cheaper providers out there. One thing though, coverage must be good.
