Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My housemate is getting a bike on the bike2Work scheeme. He wants me to be able to use the bike, as i do a bit of work for him and can use the bike to help with that.

To this end, he has asked if i can simply sort out getting the bike from the shop. he will hand the details into his HR, and when he gets the voucher, he will give it to me to sort out the bike.

Will the bike store allow this, or will they ask for identification to prove i am/am not my housemate?

Edit: just read this post again. it could be construed that im trying to screw the system. My post above is honest and there is no ill intent implied.

That's up to the bike shop. Your mate could ring them and ask if it's OK that someone else picks up the bike on his behalf.
