It's the name of a former restaurant, now an unoccupied building, on the corner of Eglinton and Williamsgate

It was a restaurant on the corner opposite Brown Thomas. Quite a nice restaurant as well but it's been closed for some time now.

I remember seeing a notice on the window a while back seeking permission to change the use of the building from a restaurant to a convenience shop (Centra I think).

C'mon OP what were these jobs you saw being advertised, no need for the endless suspense

Ahh, given the location, I now remember the sign.

It's restaurant staff they're wanting, for a new restaurant opening in July.

More restaurants = more competition = lower prices. I'm cool with that.

Wagamamma's is a franchise. if you want one bad enough, draw up a business plan, go to your bank and apply for a loan and then a franchise licence.

Actually never mind. From their website.

"wagamama is already established in this country, is it possible to sub-franchise?
unfortunately not, a wagamama franchise licence is a master licence for the entire territory. the licence is granted to one operator in the territory and cannot be sub-franchised"

    That's pretty ghey.

Judging by the interior decor it looks like it'll be a high turnover fast foody sorta place.
