Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If you have your receipt or proof of purchase bring it back to the place you bought it. As it's only a few months old it'll still be within guarantee. It's unfortunate that it's broken on you but like any item that is mass produced it can of course break.

You might be without it for a while as the retailer may send it back for repair or they may swap it out for you- it depends on the terms and conditions they have with their supplier.
