Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

Any of you ever use this product with dry crimped grain?? Thinking about going down this route this year.

Just wondering what people think of it?

I've seen it used to make alkalage, (wheat harvested when ripe with a silage harvester, and clamped) the farmer was very happy, did it 3 or 4 years in a row and was on the phone to me recently wants to plough another field next year for more.

One advantage seems to be that vermin don't like it.

yes a local done it last year and was very happy, he grew his own but this year is thinking of buying off the combine. can be kept outdoors but they recommend putting in a shed and have plastic on the ground and up the sides. he put it through the diet feeder to mix the home n dry. You would want to be set up for it though
