Well there is a comedy club, Kevin Gildea plays the new venue THe Loft tonight, unfortunately no comedy at the weekend however.

I wouldn't be pushing for a visitor to go to Donkey Forde's.
Nothing wrong with the food but not the best area of the city (okay during the day but would avoid after that).

Enjoy your weekend at any rate.

A little O/T and not turning this thread into a where is the best chipper in the city topic but I think Donkey Ford's has dropped in quality over the last couple of years. I definately wouldn't go out of my way to taste it anyway.

    Friday:
There's a kind of a battle of the bands in Dolans Warehouse where the winner gets to support Bob Dylan in Thomond Park.

Live bands in Bakers tonight, free entry fee. If in the area, pop in next door to the Wicked Chicken.

Also give Micky Martin's a go...just down the alley beside Au Bar on Thomas St.

If it's a quiet pint head to Tom Collins on Cecil St.

There's a good dup-step/reggae night on in the underground at baker place.

    3 yo-yos in.

Always a good night, nice organisers and nice crowd.

They are also doing an all day bbq in Dolan's on July 17th, I caught the tail end of the last one and I have to say, it's the most I've ever enjoyed myelf in Limbob :pac:
