    Hi,

Does anyone know anywhere in town that sells Frozen Gluten free pizza? I know Espressos sell GF pizza, and they are decent enough - but it's handy to have frozen pizzas around. They used to be sold in Superquinn a year ago, but I haven't seen them around since.

I'm not looking for the pizza bases themselves, but rather a frozen pizza.

I'd be interested in this too as I am also gluten intolerant. Espressos seem to be the only place that do them at the moment. Had a look in Tescos for GF pizza but they didn't have them

These are the guys that did the Gluten Free frozen pizza: http://www.dietaryspecials.co.uk/gluten-free-products/our-products/frozen-pizza/

They weren't bad, but you have to eat them while still warm. I used to put a sprinkle of pepper on top of it, with some ham and other stuff. They do a pepperoni one, but the only ones that I saw sold in Ireland were the cheese & tomato, so you kinda have to add a few more ingrediants yourself. Still - it was a handy quick chomp!

I'll have a pop out to Ardkeen tomorrow for a look :) I have to go out to Tesco anyways to buy some gluten free stuff, so it won't be out of the way. Thanks.

I've always wondered was there an opportunity out there for someone to open a cafe/shop that deals only with specialist foods like this. It's also quite hard to get diabetic-friendly food here, and coeliac-friendly.

It's hard to say - maybe a small shop. I think a retail outlet that dealt specifically in only specialist food would be certainly desirable. It would save you having to trapse across isle after isle in search for specific food and labels.
