Static NAT

I was messing around with the connections on my laptop and i accidently set my netopia wireless router connection to static NAT( or something ) but now my internet wont connect :o

Reset it to default, there should be a place to insert a pin on the back, hold it for 30 seconds with power on, then pull power whilst still holding for another 30.
