Hi

I have just purchased a brand new VW Golf for myself . However, after deciding to go with this purchase, I made enquiries about applying for the MTG. I was told by the HSE that I could not apply for the grant again, as I had gotten it back in 2002, when I purchased my first car.

A work colleague, who's brother is also a wheelchair user, told me that the grant is awarded every 3 years????

My question is, could I apply for this grant retrospectively?
