Cheap calls to UK mobiles

Not sure if this is correct place to post this, where can one get cheap calls to UK mobiles as my bills seem to be huge due to calling them. This is to all mobiles not just some picked as "friends", I have to call the dueto work. Looking for a simple, pay as you go type system if there is one.

It may not be ideal, but if you send them an Irish Vodafone pay as you go number they don't charge for receiving calls in the UK. So if you have free Vodafone calls (topup by €20 etc) you can call the number for free.
