Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Servicing your own road bike

    Hi Guys,

I have wheeled my bike out of the garrage after leaving it gather dust for a year (I went very lazy :() and just gave it a good oil etc. But I was wondering is there anywhere that teaches you how to self service your bike, the correct way to take it apart, what needs to be done etc. Because it's such an expensive piece of kit, I am apprehensive about messing around with it. I reckon this is something that everyone should know how to do. When I used to cycle it a lot I just brought it into my local bike shop for a service but would prefer to do it myself. Do people learn from books or are there courses?

    Thanks in advance.
